"Have
you as a working Mum EVER felt alone and
isolated, exhausted at having to cope with
the two different worlds of work and family,
wondered how on earth you were ever going
to get through ALL the things you had to
do - and everybody else seemed to be doing
it easier or smarter? Then this book is
for you.
After
17 years as successful facilitators and
coaches (13 of those years as working mums),
we decided to finally take everything we
had learned from the hundreds of women in
our program 'The Working Mums Forum'
and share it with you in such a way that
we cut right to "what
you need to do ... to stay calm and confident
as a working mum" - so that
you can enjoy the time that you are at work
and with your family, feel confident with
your achievements in both areas, be more
satisfied with your results, let go of any
guilt you have, and be happier with your
life!

Mothers' Secrets Coaches
Last year I was fortunate to be able to
participate in the Working Mums Forum.
It was a god-send for me as at that time
I had just moved in with my partner and
his two children and I was struggling
to juggle the competing interests of my
career with those of my family.
I was stressed beyond words, exhausted
and unwell and no matter what I did, it
was never enough.
Participating in the Working Mums Forum
enabled me to take stock of where I was
at, and more importantly, work out where
I wanted to be and how to make it happen.
The Working Mums Forum encouraged me to
really understand what I value in life
and it gave me the tools to ensure that
I focused my energies into the things
that I valued. It's the tools that you
pick up from the Working Mums Forum which
make this program unique. We covered everything
from how to deal with a mother's guilt
(just drop it!), having difficult conversations,
learning to say no, re-entering the workforce
after maternity leave, dealing with other's
perceptions to managing your career and
really having what you want.
I can honestly say that this program gave
me back my sanity and helped me.
I thoroughly recommend it to all working
mums.
